There is plenty of research that suggests photography can help improve mental health. We all know the benefits of being in the outdoors, so we combine landscape photography, the outdoors and therapeutic photography.
We provide continued support after our workshops. Through our network of photographers and volunteers, we provide a mentor programme for those who attend our workshops, ensuring the benefits of photography are long-lasting.

In more recent times she oversaw the coverage of many of the repatriations at Royal Wootton Bassett and Brize Norton.
She is a trained MHFA first aider and, while not a professional, has helped identify sufferers of PTSD and supported others through the slow recovery process. She is Chair of Governors for a school in Wiltshire and has considerable experience as a trustee through that role. She loves photography and is rarely without a camera although in comparison to the other trustees she admits to being a total amateur.
